HOW DOES EVERYTHING WORK?
GO THROUGH OUR EVALUATION SESSION
On a Saturday, before you start your 30 day trial, we bring you in for a morning, show you around the gym, we then bring you through a short movement assessment and a 20-30 minute presentation going through the booking app so you fully understand everything,
While also going through how our Welcome manual and Nutrition booklet works.
And of course to answer any questions you may have.
This evaluation session sets you up for success and gives you a head start on your 30 day trial!!
BOOK YOUR FIRST SESSIONS
During your evaluation we will show you how to get your sessions booked in for the coming weeks,
You can book 5 minutes before your session or for the full month in advance, this is whatever suits you best.
ATTEND YOUR FIRST SESSION
Whatever time you book in for, you arrive 5 minutes early,
Once the time comes to start your session the coach will guide you through a full warm-up,
Then a fully guided session by the coach where it consists of
Warm-Up: 10-12 minutes
Strength Phase: 20 minutes
Accessory and Toning Phase: 10-15 minutes
Cardio: 10-12 minutes
Never left to your own devices with everything fully structured.
